Please note that if you cancel within 24hrs of your booking any deposit paid will be automatically forfeited. If you cancel at least 48hrs before your appointment then only 15% of your deposit will be returned. Notifying us of your absence at least 72hrs before your appointment and your deposit will be returned to you in full.
